Will you help us build our new machine factory?

At Reijrink Steelgroup, we never stand still. In fact, we’re expanding!

Early next year, we will expand our production facility in Tilburg with a completely new machine park. This will include modern laser cutting machines that will further automate our production processes and prepare us for the future.

To support this expansion, we are looking for several Operators who want to help build this new production environment from day one.

What will you do?

As an Operator, you will ensure that our new machines perform at their best. You will set up the machines, monitor the production process and continuously check product quality. You will work with the latest technology and play an important role in a modern production process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating and monitoring the laser cutting machines and production line
• Loading and unloading materials according to the production schedule
• Checking programmes, materials and tools
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality
• Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions and deviations
• Performing daily inspections and first-line maintenance
• Actively contributing ideas for improvements to the production process

Who are you?

You have a technical aptitude and enjoy working with modern machinery. Experience as an Operator is an advantage, but above all, we value your motivation to learn and develop your skills.

You also have:

• A working and thinking level equivalent to Dutch VMBO or MBO education (secondary or intermediate vocational level)
• An interest in technology or metalworking
• An accurate and quality-focused approach to your work
• A strong sense of responsibility and a focus on safety
• A practical mindset and the motivation to achieve results together as a team
