We are always looking for new employees to strengthen our team. Even if you don’t yet have experience of working with steel, you’re more than welcome to join us. We’ve trained young people from the printing world to become machine operators and retrained carpenters to become steel assemblers. Young people from the agricultural sector also work in our workshop or factory and more and more returners and residency permit holders are finding employment with us.
All you need is motivation
Your educational background doesn’t really matter. If you want to come and work with us, we can teach you everything. Some people learn better from books, while others learn better using their hands. No problem - as long as you’re motivated! We’ll support you with tuition fees, books and everything else you need. There are also numerous development opportunities.
Varied work
And something that’s good to know: steel is a fantastic product. You can make simply everything with it. We make beautiful, iconic buildings and our structures are literally sent all over the world. This often demands real hands-on craftsmanship, but we are also highly automated and, for example, we weld using a robot. This means our work is always variable and challenging!
